At KINTU, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible home goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
